Cycle 6 brings Hildegard’s song, a pirate emergency in Grest, and Milkford’s goat dispute. It can also resolve the Dragon Knight ultimatum quest, Rozenn’s Mystic investigation, several county endings, Ursule’s first corruption return, delayed recruits, and deaths. Rozenn’s random grievance pack is now active, while replay history can add Epicrates and other remembered dialogue routes.

Spoiler warning: This guide covers all 177 distinct labels in Cycle 6’s new scheduled, delayed, replay, intervention, and optional scenes; all 387 labels in the complete random-audience superset; 106 distinct labels in eight older county scenes that can drift here; and every result for the 10 quests newly unlockable during Cycle 6.

Return to the Cycle 5 walkthrough

  1. Resolve the forced Dragon Knight result first if you attempted his one-cycle ultimatum quest. Failure, including leaving the deadline quest unassigned, ends the run; victory can alter the Knight routes that remain available.
  2. Hear Hildegard and choose the five-point personality answer you actually want. Each song answer gives a much larger personality gain than an ordinary dialogue response.
  3. Accept Grest’s pirate emergency. It has a one-cycle deadline, so either assign it now or expect its failure consequence when Cycle 7 begins.
  4. Resolve Milkford before spending funds elsewhere. Its generous answer costs 30 funds, while the refusal routes trade personality and People satisfaction instead.
  5. Take the successful Rozenn Mystic result and choose whether to find or seize the manuscript. The two answers unlock different quests and personality consequences.
  6. Resolve county endings, corruption returns, and delayed recruitment cards before the Round Table. A newly recruited Knight can work immediately but is normally blocked from a same-cycle free-time scene.
  7. Take any random grievance before assignments. The 13 Rozenn cards are eligible for the first time, unless another Grelin scene already occupies that character slot.
  8. Use the afternoon for repairs, one Intendancy rumor, callbacks, and the new affinity scenes. Then assign one-cycle deadlines before the longer contracts.
  9. Advance through every completed quest and level-up panel until the first Cycle 7 Tower View appears. The transition still has no fixed click count.

Cycle 6 Audience Assembly

The three native Cycle 6 resources are Hildegard’s singing grievance, Grest’s emergency, and Milkford’s first grievance. A resolved Dragon Knight quest adds a major scene that counts during random filling, then leaves the card row and plays automatically. Every other result, callback, death, county ending, and replay insertion is additive only when its audience characters remain alive and do not collide with an earlier scene.

Guaranteed and delayed morning scenesRandom audience result
3Adds 1 or 2 random grievances.
4Adds exactly 1 random grievance.
5 or moreAdds no random grievance.

The strict direct list ranges from 3 to 14 resources. On a surviving route, the morning likewise presents 4-14 selectable cards after filler selection and removal of any forced Dragon major scene. A compatible 14-card route uses the three natives; Angelica, Goberto, and Gwendan’s announcements; one Chester Goose result; Ursule’s callback; Tarcus’s callback; Epicrates; one Groveshire stage card; the Mystic result; a held blacksmith result; and the Broken Relic result. A Dragon result must replace one of those constrained additions rather than raising the ceiling.

The full definition pool contains 111 cards: the prior 98 plus 13 Rozenn grievances. Strict timelines have 106-111 left before the Cycle 6 draw because Cycles 3, 4, and 5 can consume at most five in a compatible history. Previously drawn cards are absent from the live timeline, and a direct rewind to a saved morning restores that saved pool instead of rerolling it. The appendix deliberately shows the full route superset so no possible grievance or choice disappears from the guide.

Conditional Card Checklist

State entering Cycle 6Possible Cycle 6 addition
The Cycle 5 Dragon ultimatum quest succeeded, failed, or expired unassignedIts forced victory or game-over result. The major scene plays before selectable cards.
Ask the Mystics succeededRozenn offers the Find or Get manuscript choice. Ask the Nobles and a failed Mystic investigation add no immediate result audience.
Ursule was postponed and called back, or died on a Cycle 5 questOne Ursule callback or corruption-return route. Death removes a scheduled callback for the same Knight.
A Cycle 5 county card or one-cycle county investigation advancedThe matching Gavault or Groveshire continuation, ending, recruit route, or Gavault location introduction. Opposite-county fallbacks still require the original confrontation to be unplayed.
A newly recruited or dismissed Knight opened a callback and it was sentThat Knight’s return, unless a same-character scene pushes it to the next free cycle.
Angelica, Goberto, or Gwendan died during Cycle 5The matching announcement when its speaker slot is free. Goberto separately starts Dulahan’s two-cycle candidacy timer.
Goose Part Two achieved its Cheese, Equine, or unreformed-Gwendan specialChester’s candidacy, subject to the shared Chester slot.
A Broken Relic, Scholars Strike, or similar carried quest scheduled a resultIts restored/unrestored or special follow-up when the required character slot is free. Native Roland pushes the older Grest Scholars scene to Cycle 7.
You rewound from Cycle 5 before meeting EpicratesThe Serpent Knight audience can be inserted into Cycle 6. Rewinding directly to a saved Cycle 6 instead restores the saved list and targets him later.

A failed or unassigned one-cycle ultimatum quest reaches the Dragon Knight’s failure result and ends the run. A victory preserves the route selected by the result scene. Because the Dragon Knight is a major audience, this scene counted before random filling but is not one of the selectable figures left on the morning row.

County Consequences

County scenes can be delayed by when you first accepted and assigned their investigations. The first tables cover Cycle 6’s final Gavault and Groveshire results plus the Gavault location introduction. A Groveshire final result played now schedules its own location introduction, and Silgur on the standard route, for Cycle 7 rather than adding either to this morning. The linked continuation tables afterward cover late first-stage fallbacks plus second- and third-stage scenes that can drift here. Tarcus’s live candidacy branch is embedded in Mathilda’s county audience rather than a separate morning card.

Returns, Deaths, and Departures

Recruiting from a morning return makes that Knight available for Cycle 6 assignments and marks them as already spoken to. Choosing Later normally opens another paid Map Room request. Death removes every future audience that contains the dead Knight, so a corruption return, callback, candidacy, and announcement are not freely stackable.

The Serpent Knight keeps the same early Tyrannic dismissal and remembered-identity shortcut. A Courier visit remains conditional on a ready cooldown, an unused Act 1 bundle, and at most ten open quests. The Dragon Knight request can also be delayed into this cycle; when sent, its one-cycle ultimatum quest resolves at the Cycle 7 boundary.

Random Audience Appendix

Cycle 6 draws from the starting, Clovermont, Grest, Villador, and newly active Rozenn pools. When available Knights outnumber open quests, an eligible quest-priority grievance is selected first. Later picks use corruption-weighted selection, cannot reuse an audience character already present, and are removed from the live pool after being drawn.

Every Rozenn card uses Grelin. A direct successful Mystic-result audience also uses Grelin, so that morning cannot draw any of the 13 new Rozenn grievances. The same-character rule also limits each all-Roland Grest pack and all-Gwendolen Villador pack to one card in a cycle.

Afternoon and Optional Conversations

  • Intendancy: Start one unknown-rumor investigation and hear one queued result per Tower View visit. County endings can unlock new Intendant reactions.
  • Forge: Repair before high-damage or one-cycle deadline quests. Permanent deaths can cancel later callbacks and audience routes.
  • Map Room: Send a callback only when you are willing to reserve that Knight’s next free audience slot. A later death removes the scheduled return.
  • Free time: Special scenes are added before ordinary affinity scenes. Ordinary scenes use the two-scene allowance, and one eligible shared-Knight conversation can use spare capacity.
  • Demon Power: A rewind landing in Cycle 5 can rebuild the upcoming Cycle 6 list and add Epicrates. A rewind directly to the saved Cycle 6 morning restores its exact audience and filler state; cumulative death and corruption history still matters to Ursule.

The new ordinary affinity scenes are Angelica’s third, Gwendan’s second, Chester’s second, and Ursule’s first. Gwendan’s second scene can only schedule his debt reveal for Cycle 7; it cannot reform him early enough to unlock his humble Ursule conversation in the same afternoon. Forward Ursule pair scenes are available with Angelica, Brunhilda, and unreformed Gwendan. Rufus, the Wolf, and Arron are marked spoken when recruited during this cycle and cannot immediately take an ordinary affinity or pair scene.

Earlier optional scenes remain available if they were skipped and their Knight still meets the room, affinity, and cooldown requirements. Their unchanged tables are retained on the Cycle 1 walkthrough, Cycle 3 walkthrough, Cycle 4 walkthrough, and Cycle 5 walkthrough, rather than repeating 23 older scenes here.

Round Table and Every New Quest Outcome

The table below covers the 10 quests newly unlockable from Cycle 6’s native, Rozenn, carried Mystic, and random content. Older county, Goose, Courier, and inherited-pool quests keep the full outcomes documented on the Cycle 3 through Cycle 5 pages.

The three Giant Cockroach Invasion plans converge on different requirements and damage, but the two one-Knight versions still use the original two-Knight count for the hidden missing-party penalty. The Silver Cat can reach only the catnip-modified hunt, while The Silver Cat sorcerer confrontation can reach only its ordinary version.

Solo Baseline Assignment Matrix

This matrix uses fresh starting statistics, no equipment, no meal, no chosen level-up statistic, and only the named Knight. It covers the eleven-Knight route union: Angelica, Goberto, Gwendan, Chester, Dulahan, Brunhilda, Tarcus, Ursule, the Wolf, Rufus, and Arron. Those Knights are not all compatible in one timeline. The table includes hidden traits, assignment affinity, missing-party penalties, exact random distributions, lethal fresh-armor rolls, and every reachable special outcome.

The Wolf’s mount shortens a quest by two cycles and Rufus’s hidden Wolf Habits shortens it by one. A party uses its slowest member’s reduction. Positive modifier duration is added afterward, so the catnip Silver Cat route still takes two cycles for either of them. The Possessed Reverend tests live Magic before scoring; Chester has an exact 9 in 16 chance to trigger that special, and a failed probe rerolls Magic again for the normal result.

Ursule Corruption Routes

A legitimate Cycle 6 assignment can use only Ursule’s zero-death state or her Low return after one Cycle 5 death. Rewinding to the saved Cycle 5 morning restores her saved death count, so repeated Cycle 5 replays cannot manufacture Mid or High versions before this Round Table. Lethal damage never removes her permanently: it advances the death count, removes her for the moment, and schedules the next corruption-return audience.

Cycle 7 Quest Consequences

One-cycle assignments made now resolve before the Cycle 7 Tower View. Longer contracts remain active unless the Wolf or Rufus shortens them, and an unassigned deadline-two quest normally drops to one remaining cycle instead of failing immediately.

Quest and versionCycle 7 or later consequence
The Pirates Threat
Base route
A Cycle 6 assignment resolves when Cycle 7 begins. Success grants 2 People satisfaction and 80 funds before Great or Critical funds multipliers. Failure destroys Grest and produces no visible follow-up audience. Leaving this one-cycle deadline unassigned also produces that Critical Failure as Cycle 7 begins. In the fresh solo baseline, Angelica, Goberto, Ursule, and The Wolf can be killed by the top end of their predicted result damage.
The Rat Tide
Base route
Most fresh solo assignments remain in progress through Cycle 7 and resolve in Cycle 8. The Wolf’s built-in mount and Rufus’s hidden Wolf Habits shorten a solo assignment to one cycle, so their results can appear as Cycle 7 begins. Success grants 2 Nobles satisfaction, 1 People satisfaction, and 90 funds before tier multipliers; failure destroys Rozenn. If left unassigned, the deadline drops from two cycles to one in Cycle 7 rather than failing immediately.
Giant Cockroach Invasion
Eliminate them on sight
The elimination route asks for two Knights, requires 8 Strength, and deals 1 to 3 base damage. A Cycle 6 assignment resolves as Cycle 7 begins. Normal success grants 35 funds, 1 Nobles satisfaction, and 1 People satisfaction; neither normal result schedules a follow-up.
Giant Cockroach Invasion
Destroy the nests
Destroying the nests lowers the damage to 0 to 2, changes the requirements to 5 Strength and 3 Agility, and displays one requested Knight. The hidden score still uses the base two-Knight count, so a solo Knight keeps the missing-Knight penalty. A Cycle 6 assignment resolves as Cycle 7 begins; normal success grants 35 funds plus 1 Nobles and 1 People satisfaction.
Giant Cockroach Invasion
Miniaturize them
Miniaturizing the cockroaches raises the damage to 2 to 4, changes the requirements to 4 Strength and 3 Magic, and displays one requested Knight. The hidden score still uses the base two-Knight count, so a solo Knight keeps the missing-Knight penalty. A Cycle 6 assignment resolves as Cycle 7 begins; normal success grants 35 funds plus 1 Nobles and 1 People satisfaction.
Rozenn Local Custom
Base route
Most solo assignments remain in progress through Cycle 7 and resolve in Cycle 8. The Wolf or Rufus finishes a solo assignment as Cycle 7 begins because of their built-in duration reductions. Normal success grants 1 People satisfaction, 2 Scholars satisfaction, and 10 funds. Rufus instead triggers a reachable special result worth 1 Scholars satisfaction but minus 1 People and 1 Nobles satisfaction; Gideon’s separate special is not reachable in Cycle 6.
The Possessed Reverend
Base route
A Cycle 6 assignment resolves as Cycle 7 begins. Any assigned Knight whose live Magic check reaches 7 triggers the special result before scoring: 2 Kind, 2 Scholars satisfaction, and 90 funds. At fresh values this is guaranteed for Dulahan, Brunhilda, and Ursule, while Chester has an exact 9-in-16 threshold chance. Otherwise normal success grants 35 funds, 1 Scholars satisfaction, and a Homemade Tonic. Neither result queues a follow-up.
Four-Eyes Escort
Base route
A normal fresh solo assignment lasts three cycles and resolves in Cycle 9. Rufus reduces that to two cycles and resolves in Cycle 8; The Wolf’s built-in mount reduces it to one cycle, so his result can appear as Cycle 7 begins. Success grants 2 Scholars satisfaction and 15 funds; failure queues an escort-failure audience. Leaving it unassigned enters Cycle 7 with two deadline cycles remaining.
The Silver Cat
Hunt the cat with catnip
The only reachable route is the catnip modifier: 7 Agility and 8 Magic, 0 to 2 damage, and a two-cycle completion time. Its extra tick is added after duration reduction, so even The Wolf and Rufus remain in progress through Cycle 7 and resolve in Cycle 8. Normal success grants 30 funds, 1 Merchants satisfaction, minus 2 Scholars satisfaction, and the Silver Cat Skin. Angelica’s special replaces all of that with 1 Scholars, 1 Merchants, and 1 Angelica affinity.
The Silver Cat
Confront the sorcerer
Only the base sorcerer route is reachable. A Cycle 6 assignment resolves as Cycle 7 begins; normal success grants 1 Merchants satisfaction, 2 Scholars satisfaction, and 25 funds before tier multipliers, with no follow-up. In the fresh solo baseline, Angelica and Goberto can be killed by the top end of their predicted result damage.
Find the Manuscript
Base route
Most fresh solo assignments remain in progress through Cycle 7 and resolve in Cycle 8. The Wolf or Rufus shortens a solo assignment to one cycle, so their result can appear as Cycle 7 begins. Normal success grants 2 Wise, 30 funds, and 2 Nobles satisfaction; neither result schedules a follow-up.
Get the Manuscript
Base route
Most fresh solo assignments remain in progress through Cycle 7 and resolve in Cycle 8. The Wolf or Rufus shortens a solo assignment to one cycle, so their result can appear as Cycle 7 begins. Normal success costs 2 Wise and grants the Ecclesiastical Manuscript; neither result schedules a follow-up.

Cycle 6 End State

Cycle 6 ends at the first Cycle 7 Tower View. Cycle 7’s native morning begins with the assassination attempt. Compatible Cycle 6 quest results, callbacks, deaths, county location introductions, Gwendan’s debt reveal, the delayed Grest Scholars scene, and another Dragon Knight result can all join it when their character slots remain free.

What Can Join Cycle 7

  • Pirates: Success gives People satisfaction and funds. Failure or leaving the one-cycle deadline unassigned destroys Grest, and no visible failure audience follows.
  • Gwendan: Completing his second affinity scene schedules the debt reveal for the next cycle; his reformed state and the later Rupin chain are therefore Cycle 7-or-later routes rather than same-afternoon Cycle 6 content.
  • Counties: Cycle 6 confrontations and one-cycle investigations can schedule the next ending, recruit route, or county-location introduction. A location introduction created by a Cycle 6 result belongs to Cycle 7.
  • New random pools: Milkford’s first grievance unlocks its filler pack for Cycle 7. A county-location introduction played in Cycle 6 can likewise make that location’s pack eligible only after the current fill has already finished.
  • Grest Scholars: The older Roland follow-up displaced by native Grest now finds its first free Roland slot in Cycle 7.
  • Callbacks, departures, and deaths: Freshly opened callbacks and low-affinity departure checks target the next free compatible cycle. Angelica, Goberto, and Gwendan can add announcements; Ursule instead follows her corruption-return rules. A Goberto death in Cycle 6 starts Dulahan’s two-cycle timer for Cycle 8, not Cycle 7. The Wolf, Rufus, and Arron have no standard announcement card.
  • Dragon Knight: A delayed request played now unlocks the same one-cycle ultimatum quest, so its victory or failure becomes a forced Cycle 7 major scene.
  • Random quests: The Rat Tide, Rozenn Local Custom, Find the Manuscript, and Get the Manuscript normally continue into Cycle 8, but the Wolf or Rufus can shorten them. Four-Eyes Escort is longer; the Silver Cat modifier’s added tick cannot be erased by either built-in reduction.

For a stable route, clear The Pirates Threat, protect any Knight whose future callback matters, and use the live preview before assigning the high-damage Silver Cat or pirate contracts. Cycle 6 is less about one universal best answer than preventing short deadlines, lethal rolls, and shared-character scheduling from closing the branch you intend to follow.
